Since January 26, 2007, Seth R. Freeman has co-managed the EM Capital's India Gateway Fund. Based in San Francisco, Mr. Freeman is the CEO and a co-founder of EM Capital Management, LLC. and EM Capital, Inc. Prior to co-founding EM Capital Management, Mr. Freeman founded an emerging markets focused advisory and management firm. On April 18th, 2005, Mr. Freeman served as Conference Chairman of the Financial Research Associates’ Investing in India Conference: A Road Map to the Heart of a Dynamic Emerging Market. Mr. Freeman holds an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Director of the Turnaround Management Association in Northern California. He has been interviewed on CNBC India, NDTV India and Bloomberg Television. 

Co-managing EM Capital's India Gateway Fund is Mr. Dhruba Gupta, CEO of EM Capital Management India. Mr. Gupta is the former Deputy Treasurer of the International Monetary Fund and is a chartered accountant based in New Delhi and Washington, D.C.  He has served as Special Advisor to VP Singh, former Chairman of IFIC and is an advisor to the OECD and a member of several key Councils of AMCHAM.

Eaton Vance's Greater India Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of net assets in equity securites of companies in India and surrounding countries fo the Indian subcontinent, though no more than 5% of total assets will be invested in companies located in countries other than India, Pakistan, or Sri Lanka.

Christopher Darling has managed Eaton Vances' Greater India Fund since March 26, 2007. Mr. Darling is the Director of Asian Research at Lloyd George Investment Management (Bermuda) Limited. Mr. Darling joined Lloyd George Management in 2006. Prior to joining Lloyd George, he was a member of the Asian Equities team at Capel Cure Myers, London, and head of Asian Pacific equities at Guardian Royal Exchange. Mr. Darling worked eight years at Lombard Odier, maanaging Japanese portfolios for institutional clients. Mr. Darling attended the University College of London, and holds a Masters of Science in Economic History from the London School of Economics.

Since October 31, 2005, Matthews India Fund has been managed by Andrew Foster. Mr. Foster joined Matthews in 1998 as a Research Analyst and left the firm in 2001 to attend graduate schoolat INSEAD in France. Upon completion of his MBA in 2002, Andrew returned to Matthews in 2003. Prior to Matthews, he worked as a management consultant with A.T.
